The Standard Machine for End of Line (EOL) testing, developed by Selmatron, integrates an ESD framework and an efficient barcode reader, representing the ideal solution for performing final tests at your facilities.

This equipment fully automates end-of-line testing, allowing for a variety of checks that include the functionality of buttons through pneumatic actuation, as well as the analysis of displays and LEDs with an advanced vision system.

Additionally, the equipment is configurable, supporting quick-change jigs and the programming of various test recipes, which facilitates adaptation to different products.

The user interface is simplified through a touch monitor, which provides intuitive and effective interaction.

The applications of this equipment are vast, suitable for any type of product that has interactive elements such as buttons, displays, or LEDs.

It is primarily used as a final product validation test, ensuring that all quality and functionality requirements are meticulously verified before the product reaches the end user.

The operating principle is robust and safe. It begins with the positioning of the product on the actuation table, identified by the barcode reader. After the operator leaves the safety barrier area, the product locking is activated and the jig automatically moves inside the machine.

The separation door closes, and the test starts according to the recipes programmed specifically for each product. At the end of the test, the jig returns to the initial position, allowing the operator to retrieve the product. A message with the test result is issued, and the data is stored internally, with the option to also be sent to an external database.
